Free post applies to Australia only. We may send items overseas by post. However, you will need to pay for the postage. Please email us at email@example.com if you have such a request. We will give you a quote on the postage. Upon receipt of payment for both product and the postage we will dispatch the items to you.

Although we strongly recommend you check our detailed online sizing chart prior to completing your order, in the event the size you select is not right for you, you may send it back to us within 14 days of purchase for a free exchange. When returning product to us, please include a note with your name, phone number, original order details & which particular pair and which particular size or color you would like us to send you in exchange.
Please note that you will need to pay for the postage to return the item to us. We will pay for the postage to send a new item to you. It’s a fair go.
We accept a refund if there’s any fault in our products. Please take pictures of the products showing where the problem is and send to us as a proof. We will process the refund within 3 working days after we have received the request. The refund will be processed through online bank transfer. You will need to supply us with your bank details.
However, we do not accept a refund for change of mind. Change of mind includes but not limited to something like size being too small or big, feeling too tight or loose, disliking the colour, shoes too wide or narrow, etc. However, happy to exchange for you if any the above situations occurs.
We at Foot Bio-Tec take our Quality Control very seriously. However, in the extremely rare event & within one (1) year of your date of purchase, should you experience any product manufacturing faulty (beyond what would be considered ‘fair wear & tear’), such as stitching coming loose, adhesives failing, toe-post dislodging, or buckles or Velcro failing, we will send you a replacement pair at no charge. You must keep the original receipt to prove the date of purchase before we send you a replacement pair. Please send the copy of the receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
